Alcester (Relocating near Toddington – March 2026)

Full-Time | Permanent

Up to £18.00 per hour (DOE) + Overtime @ 1.5x

We’re now hiring an experienced Fabricator / Welder with production management and team leadership skills. This is a hands-on role with added responsibility and leadership potential. In return, we’re offering a competitive rate of up to £18.00 per hour , plus enhanced benefits and overtime.

Now – March 2026 : Workshop based in Alcester

From March 2026 : Relocating to a modern facility near Toddington

The Role

You’ll be leading a small, skilled team in a fast-paced fabrication and welding workshop. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality components using MIG and TIG welding , working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium , and operating machinery such as the brake press .

This is a great opportunity for someone confident on the tools who also enjoys coaching others and driving team performance.

Carrying out MIG & TIG welding (1mm–20mm)

Fabrication of steel, stainless, and aluminium components

Operating brake press and other workshop machinery

Reading and working from engineering drawings

Maintaining production records and timesheets

Promoting workplace safety and best practices

Leading a small team and supporting production targets

Training opportunities on CNC and laser machinery

What We’re Looking For

Strong MIG & TIG welding experience

Confident with engineering drawings and fabrication processes

Experience operating a brake press

Proven team leadership or supervisory background

A proactive and reliable approach to work

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
