CNS / SMART Building Project Manager

Salary DOE plus outstanding benefits

London HQ or site based

Experience 5 years in structured cabling / site leadership MUST HAVE DEMONSTRABLE STRUCTURED CABLING SITE / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced CNS / SMART Project Manager based in London HQ and the surrounding areas in London and the South East / West.

In this exciting role, you will lead structured cabling and network infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to handover.

You will be responsible for :

  • Effectively managing end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Conducting site surveys and QA surveys, creating detailed project plans
  • Ensuring all documentation is in place
  • Managing on-site resources
  • Tracking budgets
  • Coordinating design activities
  • Building and liaising with clients to ensure excellent relationships

You will have these skills :

  • Solid background in structured cabling (CAT6 / 6A, Fibre) with 5+ years of experience
  • Project management qualification
  • ECS / CSCS certification
  • Strong understanding of copper and fibre optic cabling systems
  • Strong commercial awareness and site coordination skills
  • Experience working with design teams and main contractors
  • Ability to raise RFI s confidently
  • Managing change control processes
  • Leading from the front
