About The Project / Role
We are seeking a Software Development Team Lead with a strong focus on developing production-grade software, extensive experience with Azure services, and proficiency in Python, PySpark. As a Software Development Team Lead , you will manage a team of 3 engineers and collaborate with a third-party vendor to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
For this role we are open to candidates who are currently in a senior or lead developer role and are looking to take the next step into team management. If you are eager to gain experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding a team while still being hands-on with development, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow into a leadership position within a supportive and collaborative environment.
