The Role :

Twizzle Tops is looking for a Nursery Manager to lead their new nursery based in Peterborough.

We're looking for someone to :

Lead and support a team, manage effectively and efficiently, uphold positive working relationships and be an effective mentor and role model.

Partner with senior management and EY Professionals to ensure continuous improvement and meet Ofsted standards through collaboration.

Provide safe, high-quality education and care for children attending

Fulfil legal and statutory requirements

Be responsible for the management of day-to-day financial operations by meeting financial targets and managing the occupancy ensuring maximum capacity.

Agree and set nursery goals and monitor the achievement of progress against targets alongside the Twizzle Tops Senior Team.

Monitor and assess the quality of your nursery ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained daily.

Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs, and empower the parents to be partners in their children's learning.

Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children and team members at Twizzle Tops

2+ years of Nursery Management experience

5+ years of experience working in an Early Years setting

Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.

Knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities and leading a team's professional development.

Knowledge and experience of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN / Inclusion and experience of supporting and leading a team.

Experience of working with other agencies to ensure children can access support they need to flourish.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning opportunities through team collaboration and best practice
