Job Description

Are you an experienced Production Planner who has mentored a team within a manufacturing environment ? Do you have a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and planning processes ? We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a Head of Production Planning on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading the planning team to ensure that manufacturing schedules meet customer demands while maintaining efficient stock levels.

Job Description

• Review MRP outputs to prioritise daily production schedules
• Identify material shortages and initiate corrective actions
• Lead of a team of production planners
• Analyse part demand, usage trends and forecasts
• Maintain and improve planning data including BOM’s, routings and work instructions
