Job Description

  • Conduct independent audits as per the audit schedule to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and verify the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
  • Perform product / process, capability, and patrol / sample audits focusing on work standards, planning, certification of parts / components, damage prevention to Land Systems equipment, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Investigate quality failures, identify trends, assist relevant CA / PA owners in root cause analysis, and monitor containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
  • Conduct MEDA and customer investigations, liaise with customer representatives, and support production departments on quality issues.
  • Process applications for personnel approvals, including grants and renewals, prior to submission to the Head of Quality.
  • Perform Quality Assurance duties as outlined by QA Management.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Manufacturing / Production Engineering, Quality Systems, or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering systems and processes.
  • Experience with auditing and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
