A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Band 7 Mechanical Estates Manager to join a busy London-based NHS team and take responsibility for critical engineering systems across multiple sites. Role Overview You'll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of mechanical services including water safety, heating, ventilation, and medical gas systems. This role involves managing in-house maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure statutory and operational compliance, service quality, and efficiency.
