This leading Real Estate Finance team is based within the established London office of one of the top law firms to work for. The international firm continues to expand its London and European operations, offering Associates significant exposure and strong progression opportunities.

The team handles a diverse range of high-value and high-quality financing matters, including investment facilities, development finance, recapitalizations, loan portfolio acquisitions, and more. They serve many leading financial institutions and private equity funds across Europe.

Requirements :

The team seeks Associates with substantial experience gained in the London market who can quickly integrate into their operations. They are interested in confidential discussions with Real Estate Finance Associates with 5+ years of post-qualified experience.

Salary ranges from £200k to £230k, depending on experience and level, complemented by a competitive bonus.
