What You'll Do :
- Consultative Client Engagement : Work with prospective clients in a consultative fashion to deeply understand their unique talent acquisition challenges, business objectives, and existing workflows.
- Solution-Oriented Presentations : Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate Loxo's value proposition and how it directly addresses client needs.
- Comprehensive Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting of target accounts, through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and Maintain a Robust Pipeline : Proactively identify and qualify new leads, consistently building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Provide Accurate Sales Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership.

3+ Years proven experience in full-cycle B2B Software Sales exceeding quotaBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers at all levels.Proficient in Sales software (Salesforce, Hubspot, OutPlay, Clay, Gong, etc.)Experience working with recruitment, SaaS, or HRIS is a plus.Benefits :
