What You'll Do :

  • Consultative Client Engagement :  Work with prospective clients in a consultative fashion to deeply understand their unique talent acquisition challenges, business objectives, and existing workflows.
  • Solution-Oriented Presentations :  Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate Loxo's value proposition and how it directly addresses client needs.
  • Comprehensive Sales Cycle Management :  Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting of target accounts, through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and Maintain a Robust Pipeline :  Proactively identify and qualify new leads, consistently building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams :  Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Provide Accurate Sales Forecasting :  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership.

  • Qualifications

  • 3+ Years proven experience in full-cycle B2B Software Sales exceeding quota
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers at all levels.
  • Proficient in Sales software (Salesforce, Hubspot, OutPlay, Clay, Gong, etc.)
  • Experience working with recruitment, SaaS, or HRIS is a plus.
