Senior Quantity Surveyor

You could be a valued member of the companies experienced Commercial team This M&E Quantity Surveyors role is with one of the country’s leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who for the last 70+ years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be involved in a variety of exciting projects across the country and will play an instrumental part in the Commercial department mentoring a younger Quantity Surveyor. As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will be :

• Preparing and reporting Cost Value Reconciliation Reports
• Analysing and evaluating commercial risks
• Maintaining all contract documentation and advising on contractual matters
• Sub-Contract procurement and management, including monthly valuations and certifications
• Overseeing / mentoring another Quantity Surveyor
• Procuring specialist sub-contract packages alongside the project management team
