What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional products that delight users and support business goals. From defining roadmaps to collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure Hawk-Eye’s tools continue to lead the way in sports officiating and broadcast technology.

Each day, you will :

Collaborate with users, clients, and stakeholders to analyse needs and translate them into product requirements

Shape the product vision and roadmap, prioritising features and backlog items to guide Agile engineering teams

Write detailed requirements and user acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and alignment

Partner with engineering and delivery teams to maintain consistency across the product portfolio

Ensure training, documentation, and testing are completed for seamless rollouts

Monitor product performance and support troubleshooting to meet customer SLAs

Research market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy

Act as an ambassador for your product, ensuring communication and alignment across teams

Occasionally travel internationally to meet users and gather insights

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements

Must-Have Skills

2+ years in a Product role, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle

Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products

Proven ability to write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria

Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience defining product roadmaps and aligning with business goals

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with products that combine software and hardware

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Scrum or Kanban environments

Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies
