Manager – Commercial Due Diligence (CDD)

Location : London (Hybrid Working Available)

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : £85,000 – £95,000 (negotiable) + bonus + potential sign-on

The Opportunity :

A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing M&A advisory team delivering high-impact Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and strategy work for leading Private Equity firms, corporates, and investors. As a Manager, you’ll lead deal-focused projects, influence investment decisions, and grow quickly in a flat, entrepreneurial team structure.

The Role :

You’ll lead end-to-end CDD projects, assessing market dynamics, commercial positioning, and business models. Expect direct exposure to senior stakeholders and responsibility for managing small project teams (typically 2–3 people). The role offers strong progression and the chance to shape the growth of the team itself.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver and lead CDD engagements (buy- and sell-side)
• Analyse markets, customer dynamics, and key value drivers
• Present insight-led recommendations to investors and leadership
• Manage client relationships and internal project teams
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
