Job Title : Supply Chain Finance Business Partner

Location : United Kingdom (Home-based, with regular travel to our UK site in Melmerby and other locations across Europe)

AB Neo is looking for a skilled Supply Chain Finance Business Partner to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our manufacturing, procurement, and logistics leads—providing robust financial analysis and strategic support that enhances supply chain efficiency and delivers long-term value across our European operations.

What you’ll be doing :

• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to provide financial insight and performance across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that optimise operational efficiency and contribute to business growth.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for supply chain activities, making sure they are in line with broader business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost control, inventory management, and supplier performance.
• Deliver accurate, insightful reporting on key metrics, highlighting trends and recommending actions to senior stakeholders.
• Support supply chain projects by building business cases, developing financial models, and conducting post-implementation reviews.
• Identify and advocate for cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Build effective working relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to the Supply Chain Director and leadership team.

This role is predominantly home-based and can be performed remotely - visits to our recently refurbished Peterborough office, as well as international travel across Europe will be required.
