What You Need To Succeed (Requirements) :

  • Top agency or staffing firm experience.

  • Contingency Recruiting Background : Experience from your own agency or a larger staffing firm.
  • Goal-Oriented : History of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience managing a high-velocity pipeline.
  • Self-Starter : Able to work independently and thrive without defined metrics and KPIs.
  • Client-Centric : A strong understanding of client needs and sourcing the right talent (top 1% engineers, designers, product leaders, and AI experts).

  • Compensation : Salary between £75K–£220K
  • Potential Recruiter Earnings : Up to £40K per placement

    • Front End Engineer at Tier 1 AI Startup

  • Experience : 3–8 years (we value standout talent even at 3–4 years)
  • Focus : Software development with a strong emphasis on front-end skills
  • Compensation : Salary between £165K–£210K, Equity between 0.06%–0.1%
  • Potential Recruiter Earnings : Up to £40K per placement
