About the role :
As part of the EMEA Marketing Team you will play a key role in driving growth in EMEA by leading strategic high-impact marketing initiatives. In this role you will plan and execute Demand Gen programs across our core segments while also being a key partner to sales owning the relationship with key stakeholders across one of our key segments. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in project management and demand generation channels including but not limited to Email Direct Mail and Webinars.
This is a remote position with travel to the office on an as needs basis open to candidates based in the United Kingdom. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role you will :
Craft and orchestrate a demand generation strategy for achieving the EMEA pipeline targets in partnership with Field Product Marketing Customer Marketing and Sales teams.Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; adjust prioritisation as needed to improve outcomes.Develop audience segmentation best practices integrating them into campaign playbooks. Ensure messaging is aligned with Samsaras value propositions and resonates with target audiences.Strategize build and execute email campaigns webinars content marketing direct mail engagement and nurturing sales enablement and more. Bring new ideas and experiments across each channel to optimize for growth.Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.Minimum requirements for the role :
Experience in demand gen growth or campaign marketing with a proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign build and execution and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies.Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business impact.Be highly collaborative and have a strong track record of planning building and managing large-scale campaigns.Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally and with executives.Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with light content creation.Loves trying new things collaborating with cross-functional teams and getting stuff done in a fast-paced environment.Marketing automation experience with Marketo or similar platforms Direct Mail platform experience a plus.An ideal candidate also has :
Has experience in B2B tech marketing and is an analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for growth marketing.Displays strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of initiative with the ability to work in and across teams.Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails blogs webinars or web pages.Knowledge of relevant marketing tools / platforms for campaign activation (e.g Marketo Zoom Webinar / On24 Splash Salesforce Direct Mail platforms) and the application of these.Required Experience :
