Lead Software Developer – Liverpool

Salary : £75,000

I am working with an established tech-driven company who are looking for a Lead Software Developer to join their team.

The Role :

As a Lead Software Developer, you’ll work across both internal and client-facing systems, helping to define and implement software architecture, CI / CD automation, and best practices in quality assurance.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance .NET applications using C#
• Implementing CI / CD pipelines (including infrastructure as code and test automation)
• Advocating for and applying Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Leading small squads of developers
• Contributing to architectural decisions with the Head of Development
• Working in Azure environments (IaaS / PaaS experience desirable)
• Enhancing interfaces using Blazor (experience in Blazor or modern JS frameworks like React or Vue is a bonus)
• Writing efficient SQL queries and contributing to data-driven applications
