Job title : Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Location : West London

Terms : 08 : 00AM - 17 : 00PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours) Overtime Available

Salary / rate : Salary is paying up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements :

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or High-End Residential properties
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing

About the company : A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to be based in West London looking after High-End Residential properties. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile AC Engineer to their team.
