Job Title : Commercial Property Solicitor

Location : Oxted, Surrey (flexible / hybrid working available)

Salary : Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience

Working Pattern : Full-time | 1 day working from home

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Oxted . This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, collaborative team dealing with high-quality work and a strong local and regional client base.

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued success of the firm’s property offering in the Surrey area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.
  • Manage transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
  • Work directly with a varied client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and commercial landlords / tenants.
  • Support business development initiatives and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial property (other levels of experience also considered).
  • Strong background in handling a full range of commercial property matters independently.
  • Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a supportive, team-based environment.
