Salary :  £80,000 upwards (Negotiable Dependant on Experience)

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR & People Systems Lead to join a fast-paced, exciting organisation in London who are truly going through a period of people and systems growth.

This is a pivotal role for the business which will have an instant impact in helping the company realise their long-term People Systems Vision.

KEY SKILLS :

• Experience as a Senior People Systems Lead / People Systems Specialist with an agnostic and varied skillset across People Systems Technologies with specific experience across Workday and Smartrecruiter.
• A blended hands-on and analytical skillset with the ability to configure across Workday / Smartrecruiter with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Proven experience of working wth stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, Talent, Performance and Learning teams discussing their systems landscape vs. the company vision and helping them realise and upskill within key areas.
• The ability to help the business maximise their ROI on their People Systems suite.
• Excellent communicational skills across all areas with the ability to articulate solutions and recommendations to a wide audience and provide knowledge transfer across the business.

This role will be ideal for a systems-agnostic individual who has an exceptional skills and experience across multiple systems including Workday & Smartrecruiter who is actively looking to work in a fast-paced challenging environemnt where they will be able to learn  new technologies and be a driving force across the business!
