An international, team cohesion focused consultancy, is opening their Liverpool Street office doors to a qualified Senior Project Manager with experience in residential project management to join their Living Sector team.

The role requires leadership across all stages of fast-paced, high-profile projects, from initial engagement and design through to construction and delivery for their Corporate Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Managing the design, procurement, and construction of newbuild, refurb and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Client Relationship Management : Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring that the clients' goals are met while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Business Development : Identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating project terms to support growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Working closely with internal teams (like cost consultancy, interior design, engineering) and external consultants and contractors for seamless project delivery.
• Financial Management : Overseeing budgets, revenue forecasts, and billing practices to meet profitability targets.
