Job description

Shaku is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Visual Content & Marketing Executive to join our small team at our London studio, in a varied, hands-on role that combines creative visual content, marketing, and digital work with practical tasks. The Visual Content & Marketing Executive will create visually appealing graphics and layouts, ensure our online shop operates smoothly, support seasonal launches and trade shows, and take pride in packing beautiful orders for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design layouts for catalogues, line sheets, and printed marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
  • Plan, write, and schedule bi-weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns
  • Upload new products to Shopify with clear, engaging product descriptions and imagery
  • Create and design beautiful visuals to be use on the website
  • Update header images and maintain visual consistency across our website
  • Count, barcode, and prepare stock for trade shows and events
  • Assist with packing and shipping customer and wholesale orders
  • Help manage stock levels and storage
  • Provide occasional customer support via phone and email (B2C and B2B)

Skills & Experience :

  • Proficient with InDesign to create beautiful graphics
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and stockists in a warm, professional tone
  • Organised, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic e-commerce operations is a plus
  • Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • An eye for design and interest in florals, fashion, or interiors is a plus
