• What Youll Be Doing :
• Taking charge during service when the Head Chef is off-duty
• Supervising and supporting kitchen staff day-to-day
• Helping manage stock, orders, and food waste smartly
• Developing seasonal dishes with top-quality, fresh ingredients
• Making sure every dish follows recipe standards and tastes consistently great
• Leading by example with excellent food presentation and kitchen organisation
