We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role offering full autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new market opportunities beyond the traditional automotive sector.
- Identify, target, and develop new customers in sectors such as HVAC, white goods, medical, and electronics
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Grow and develop the existing customer base with a proactive and strategic approach
- Understand and promote the company’s technical product portfolio
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows where required Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, ideally within manufacturing or industrial products
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confidence in developing relationships across all levels of business Desirable (Not Essential)
- Technical understanding or background in components or engineered products
- Experience working with thread-forming screws, fasteners, or similar product lines
- Exposure to international sales or cross-border business development Ideal Candidate Profile
