As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ Co-ordinator to join their Operations Shared Service team in Livingston. The Role Reporting to the HSEQ Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-level professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and values-driven environment. Key responsibilities include : Supporting management with HSEQ compliance and policy alignment. Assisting with internal audits, inspections, and identifying areas for improvement. Supporting accident and incident investigations and reporting. Coordinating training requirements and promoting continuous professional development. Maintaining H&S accreditations and compiling monthly HSE statistics. Advising on Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Conducting site visits and subcontractor audits across UK locations. What you'll need to succeed Essential : NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years experience in a Health & Safety role. Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a clean UK driving licence. Desirable : Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
