As a Team Leader at Spicerhaart Part Exchange, you will receive :

  • Complete on target earnings of £33,000 per year
  • Access to company wide incentive programmes
  • Full-time working hours : 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday

What is the main purpose of the role?

To work closely with the sales progression team ensuring that targets for exchange of contracts are reached.

To prepare predictions for senior management and develop team members leading by example providing an exceptional service to our clients.

What are the main duties of the role?

  • Manage and train the Sales Progression team to consistently achieve targets and goals set for exchange of property transactions.
  • Confidently deal with clients customers, guiding them through the conveyancing process and assisting them where applicable.
  • Take an active role in your team to personally drive and deliver success, always pushing for consistently high service standards and performance.
  • Provide reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals.
  • Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate confidently via telephone where possible, building upon and maintaining business relationships.
  • Respond to emails / written communication clearly and concisely, ensuring grammatical precision.
  • Ensure systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.
  • Ensuring at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis.
  • Conduct 1-1 meetings with members of the sales progression team, train and assist with developing their skills.
  • Work closely with the PX-GC sales and management teams and ensure efficient handover from sale agreed to progression.
  • Manage own workload but as part of your team and complete required actions through the effective use of our bespoke operating platforms ‘Rosie’ and SAMS
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external) to ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light.
  • Attend all training sessions & meetings as and when required, putting outcome & actions into practice without delay.
  • Study and review all company policies to ensure your knowledge remains current and you have completed tests within timeframes set.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required by your colleagues and management team.
  • Prioritise work, chase agents and other stakeholders to ensure all actions are completed in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Ability to support other areas of the Division with minimal supervision or support when requested.
  • Maintain accountability and integrity at all times.
