Up to £40K DOE | Hybrid | Bristol

As a Personal Injury Paralegal you will be providing support to a specialist team handling insurance claims, with a particular emphasis on the marine sector. The team manages a broad range of personal injury claims involving individuals working within the marine environment, including claims involving passengers, crew and shore-side workers.

Key Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Paralegal :

Support the handling of personal injury claims, both litigated and pre-litigated
Draft legal documents and assist with case preparation
Contribute to accident investigations, which may require occasional travel when required
Liaise professionally with clients, insurers, witnesses, and other stakeholders
Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case documentation
Ensure procedural compliance and assist with court deadlines
Provide support on complex or high-value matters

Requirements of the Personal Injury Paralegal include :

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Executive in a personal injury team,

Ideally, you will have a CILEX qualification (full or part) preferred but not required.

Familiarity with the Claims Portal and CPR compliance

Ability to undertake legal research and prepare well-structured case summaries
