What you'll be doing

• End-to-end ownership - from idea to launch . You lead the charge, collaborate closely, and ship fast. You don't just influence the direction, you build and drive towards it.
• Working full stack. We focus on high-leverage work where it matters most. That means a lot of learning on-the-go.
• Obsessing over the customer. You'll work directly with hosts, our Property Experts, and designers to deeply understand the product this industry needs most.
• Improving how we work. We have a ton of legacy systems to refactor and simplify. A mixture of great and not so great CI / CD and, a patchwork of patterns from years of experimentation.
