Fabric Engineer Location : Regent Street, Central London Salary : £36,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) Hours : Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week | No Call-Outs Excellent opportunity to join a respected building services provider, delivering first-class maintenance to a world-renowned client on London’s Regent Street. We’re recruiting a skilled Fabric Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for maintaining luxury commercial properties. This is a stable, full-time role with long-term potential and a supportive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering planned and reactive fabric maintenance across premium commercial spaces
• Conducting fire door inspections, repairs, and remedial works
• Performing general building fabric repairs, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing
• Working closely with on-site teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide smooth and efficient service
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard What We’re Looking For :
• Experience in building or fabric maintenance (ideally within commercial or high-end residential environments)
• Strong working knowledge of fire doors – inspection and repair essential
• Proficient in a range of fabric trades – carpentry, decorating, plastering, etc.
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer :
