You play a crucial role in delivering brand strategies. You will use your knowledge and experience to think about how we could do things differently, try new approaches and put them into practice. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a point of view as to how to use a future brand strategy to deliver a more connected brand experience
  • Bring in leading edge thinking and ideas from the world around us to develop projects, seen as a thought leader you develop and drive the narrative arc of projects
  • Bring in ideas and influences from the outside world and apply these into projects
  • Experiment with new approaches and create new opportunities within projects to develop our offer and broaden / deepen our relationships with clients
  • Provide inspiration for building future brands, generating hypotheses
  • Steer and shape the internal building and testing of those hypotheses, providing relevant reference points from inside and outside the category
  • Crystallise your thinking and provide thought leadership
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate within the strategy team and across the agency
  • Ensure that our work and ideas will be practical and impactful
  • Lead a full breadth of strategy projects (i.e. positioning, architecture, naming, design, activation) across multiple industries
  • Participate in and lead new business pitches
  • Nurture, mentor and support junior team members. Use your experience to advise the team on how to shape and deliver great work.
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative and energized atmosphere in which collaboration and positive disruption are encouraged
  • Develop a strong understanding of the FutureBrand offering and disciplines and of our clients’ business and clearly articulate this.
