  • Analyze and improve BAU operations.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand and challenge existing processes.
  • Capture, document, and enhance operational procedures.
  • Assess and understand the team structure to identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Explore and propose automated alert mechanisms to streamline processing.

Skills & Experience :

  • Experience - 9 years' experience. The ability to work independently is critical.
  • Prior work experience with AWM / Capital Markets operations. Hands-on capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Custody and Financial Services.
  • SWP Functionality Preferred ( Though BA can gather information while analyzing).
  • Experience in process improvement and business analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
