The school provides specialist education for pupils with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Conditions, many of whom have additional complex needs that are addressed through tailored educational and therapeutic strategies.

SEN Teacher| Role Overview :

• Teach a mixed class of 8 children in EYFS-KS2 with Autism
• Lead a team of three Teaching Assistants to provide focused and personalised support
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each childs development
• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to develop students skills and well-being
