Our client, a leading provider of residential childrens care, is seeking a skilled and passionate Deputy Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with experience in the childrens residential care sector to support the daily operations of a children's home and play a key role in ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable young people.

As a Deputy Manager , you will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care in compliance with Ofsted regulations and legislation.
