This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing both in-house engineers and external contractors to ensure the effective delivery of facilities management services. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, maintaining regular communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are consistently met. They will take responsibility for the cost management of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget. A strong focus will also be placed on meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring all work carried out is compliant with relevant regulations and standards. This role also involves conducting audits and compliance reviews to maintain quality and statutory obligations.
