Head of Research – Part Time

S Posted byRecruiterThis role is to work for the advisory arm of this long term endowment style funds of funds business.

You will be required to support team with Investment Reporting, Research and write ups on new funds and investment opportunities prior to submission to the Investmentmittee.

This is a unique role where you will work directly with the CEO to :

Build and maintaining network of LPs, advisors and placement agents

Generate New investment sourcing and pipeline via both desktop research and network.

Curating pipeline and writing research notes on top quartile PE managers and liquid managers

Reviewing and re-underwriting of existing holdings to enable informed rebalancing discussions

Ad hoc projects including maintenance and improvement of tools, templates and databases for : opportunities pipeline, network, reporting and information management

Monthly and quarterly reporting (including board packs) preparation coving performance, capturing key points from managers reports and marketmentary

Manager monitoring and coverage capturing key notes from meetings and updates.

If needed mentoring junior team members on improving reporting product, approach and critical thinking.

This would suit a qualified CA, ACA, CFA or CISI with a minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience who would like to work in a part time capacity.
