We are looking for a driven Mortgage Advisor to join a Worldwide Financial Services Broker based in Wythenshawe, Manchester (M22)

OTE up to £70,000 per annum(Basic salary up to £42,000 + Bonus)
3k sign-on bonus (£1k / month for first three months) to offset pipeline build time
Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week, Flexible start & end times
Hybrid : 2 days in office, 3 days WFH following a successful probation period
34 days annual leave (including bank holidays & Birthday Day Off)

As a Mortgage Advisor , you’ll be joining a dynamic Second Charge Mortgage team, you’ll benefit from a steady flow of pre-qualified warm leads , giving you the opportunity to focus on converting enquiries into successful outcomes, rather than cold prospecting.

As a Mortgage Advisor , you will be supported by excellent training, access to top-tier lender relationships, and the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

You will be an experienced Mortgage Advisor – CeMAP Qualified with at least 2 years’ experience. You will need to have a strong understanding of mortgage products , regulatory requirements , and the end-to-end process and flexibility to work outside the normal 9am – 5pm working week dependant on client needs.

Contacting qualified leads generated through our digital journey

Assessing customer applications and delivering tailored, compliant recommendations

Providing expert advice on second charge mortgages, using our unique in-house software

Staying up to date with lender criteria and industry regulations

Building strong, lasting relationships with customers, keeping them informed every step of the way

Hitting (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience

Collaborating closely with our brilliant team of case managers

Contributing ideas and improvements as we continuously innovate for a better customer journey
