The Opportunity :

We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) with experience in Landlord & Tenant matters to join this thriving Real Estate team. You’ll manage a broad portfolio of commercial property work, with a particular focus on :

• Lease renewals and lease management
• Rent reviews, re-gears and relocations
• Property acquisitions and disposals
• Strategic lease structuring and negotiation
• Property refinancing and investment work
• Supporting business acquisitions, disposals and restructures

You’ll work closely with senior Real Estate Partners and be supported by a team of Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong commercial awareness and is looking to contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.
