The Opportunity :

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a new-build residential scheme comprising 40 flats in South London . This is a key role offering the autonomy to manage the commercial aspects of the project, with a clear progression path into a Managing Surveyor position.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all quantity surveying activities from procurement to final account

Work closely with the commercial and project teams to ensure cost efficiency

Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and valuations

Report on project financial performance
