The Role

The IT Support Analyst provides Level 1 technical support for Lovisa Stores, Support Centres, and Warehouses. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware, server / network infrastructure, PCs, peripherals, ensuring IT security, and assisting with new store setups. The team collaborates with other IT units to resolve incidents worldwide and contribute to continuous service improvement.

About You

  • Education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage tickets and reports with punctuality and accuracy.
  • Flexible, coachable, and able to work outside normal business hours when needed.
