As we expand our reach and impact, we're looking for a strategic, commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to oversee performance marketing and digital growth channels, working closely with a third-party digital agency to deliver results across paid media, affiliates, SEO, and content.

Role Overview

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our external digital marketing agency, ensuring they are delivering strong performance across paid search, paid social, affiliates, SEO, and digital PR / content. You’ll act as the strategic lead, owning the roadmap, briefing priorities, reviewing performance, and making sure all activity is aligned with our business goals.

This is a hands-on, data-led role ideal for someone who can bridge internal brand strategy with external channel execution.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Search & Paid Social (via agency)

  • Manage our digital marketing agency to deliver effective paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Brief campaigns, set targets, and oversee creative asset delivery
  • Monitor reporting and performance dashboards, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments

Affiliates & Partnerships

  • Oversee the affiliate programme and agency partner performance
  • Identify and evaluate new affiliate opportunities and ensure partner compliance
  • Support the growth of influencer and content creator collaborations
  • SEO, Content & Digital PR

  • Work with the agency to shape and execute our SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page activity
  • Manage content briefs and editorial priorities to support organic growth and brand positioning
  • Lead the development of digital PR campaigns that build authority and visibility
  • Own channel strategies and budget allocation across digital acquisition
  • Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, drawing insights and ensuring agency accountability
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and ecommerce teams to align digital priorities
  • Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally managing third-party agencies or contractors
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (PPC, paid social, affiliates, SEO)
  • Proven ability to interpret data, challenge assumptions, and drive ROI
  • Excellent communication and project management skills — able to translate goals into clear briefs and hold partners accountable
  • Analytical mindset with working knowledge of tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • A passion for wellness, healthtech, or consumer brands is a strong plus
