Job description
The role :
Answering the telephone and managing messages / information.
Booking viewings with potential tenants.
Property viewings with customers at rental properties
Meeting and greeting customers and clients.
Preparing marketing information, diaries and keys for accompanied viewers.
Dealing with general enquiries
Ensuring all literature, websites and windows are up to date at all times.
Assisting the lettings negotiators with tenancy agreements and signing tenants up
Assisting team members with administrative tasks.
Ensuring the smooth handling of any tenant queries
Updating the lettings diary
Social media updates
Office administration
The successful candidate :
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
Driving licence & access to own vehicle – essential
Well presented, articulate with excellent communication skills.
Hard working “can do” attitude.
At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service role.
Able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy environment.
