600 - £700 per day (inside IR35) - 3 to 6 month role

1 day per week in the office, 4 days from home

We’re working on a brilliant opportunity for an Interim Head of Finance to take ownership of the Southern contracts portfolio at a senior level. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead financial strategy, planning, and performance to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of a vital contract within the Group. You’ll be the go-to finance expert for the portfolio - shaping decisions, driving efficiency, and ensuring that every pound is working hard to support outstanding service delivery.

You’ll lead a talented finance team, partner closely with operational leaders, and act as a trusted advisor to the Group Finance Director. This role goes beyond the numbers - it’s about influence, insight, and action. From financial planning and forecasting to compliance and reporting, you’ll play a central role in both day-to-day operations and big-picture strategy.
