You’ll take the lead in managing the delivery of high-quality patient dining and retail services – ensuring food quality, safety, and service standards are consistently upheld.

What You'll Do :
Lead, motivate and develop catering and retail teams to deliver an outstanding service
Oversee patient feeding services and retail catering to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality
Collaborate closely with domestic services to manage meal service delivery on wards
Manage all aspects of food provision, stock levels, labour costs and budgets in line with Sodexo policy
Ensure all legal, safety and food hygiene standards (including HACCP) are adhered to
Conduct audits, deliver training, manage complaints, and drive continuous service improvement
Lead with innovation to reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction
Operate and manage the patient menu system (Saffron) ensuring up-to-date and accurate data
What You Bring :
Proven experience managing catering services in a healthcare or service-led environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, inspire and manage teams
Sound knowledge of food safety legislation, Health & Safety regulations, and HACCP systems
Ability to work flexibly and respond to a 7-day operational service
Excellent IT and reporting skills, with an analytical mindset to monitor and improve service delivery
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
