JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and developing our Stylists.

Key responsibilities :

• Support and deputise for the management team in achieving KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets to improve store performance.
• Track KPIs and team performance through reports and updates.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning.
• Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Motivate, inspire, and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
• Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody company values.
• Possess strong customer service skills and experience managing a team efficiently.
• Proven track record of team development and growth.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and managing store operations within retail.
