• Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain the full sales ledger process

Raise timely and accurate sales invoices

Reconcile accounts and follow up on discrepancies

Carry out credit control duties and chase outstanding payments

Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing queries

Assist with month-end reports and audit preparation

Support the wider finance team with general duties as needed

• Ideal Candidate :

Prior experience in a sales ledger or credit control role

Proficient in invoicing, reconciliations, and debtor management

Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, etc.)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
