Factory Assistant

We are working with our long-term client based in Sittingbourne who is looking for a factory assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The duties will include helping on the machines and packing reels / pallets, working an alternating shift pattern : 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm each week.

• Computer literate
• Practical mindset

• Factory / manufacturing experience
• Counterbalance licence (beneficial)
• Experience with packaging (beneficial)

Note : Due to the shift timings, own transport is essential as the role is not accessible by public transport.

Overtime is readily available.

Starting salary : £26,000 per annum.

40 hours per week.

We are looking for a candidate interested in a long-term role, as the company has a low staff turnover.
