As part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a Senior Solar Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of high-quality, commercially-viable solar energy projects. Role Overview : As a Senior Solar Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and optimisation of solar PV systems across a variety of commercial projects. You will contribute your expertise to system layout, energy modelling, safety assessments, and integration of advanced technologies such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and control systems. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and engineering of solar PV systems from concept through to construction.
• Conduct detailed electrical design including string sizing, inverter selection, and grid connection.
• Perform fire risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects and building designers to ensure integration of PV systems with building plans.
• Optimise system performance and costs, balancing technical excellence with commercial viability.
