Head of Managed Services – ITSM / ServiceNow

UK-Based (Fully Remote with occasional client visit) | 💼 Permanent

Up to £70k | Excellent Package

I'm hiring for a Head of Managed Services on behalf of growing boutique consultancy delivering cutting-edge ITSM solutions. This is a senior leadership role driving service strategy, performance, and growth across a multi-client portfolio, with a strong foundation in ServiceNow and plans to expand across additional platforms.

You’ll lead a cross-functional delivery team, define the managed services vision, drive operational excellence, and act as a key voice for clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Ideal experience includes :

• 4+ years managing high-performing service delivery or MSP functions
• Deep understanding of a ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, you know how to build profitable, scalable services
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and suppliers
• ITIL Foundation (certs in ServiceNow highly desirable)
