As a Service Manager, you will :

• Oversee the management of all service aspects to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage and direct a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain CQC registration.
• Provide management and support to staff, influencing practices and attitudes.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational support.
• Handle recruitment and employment practices, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.
