Who you are :

Experience in a sales or financial working environment
Recent STEM or related field graduate with a strong interest in technical recruitment for Finance, Trading Technology, or FinTech
Ability to be agile and adaptive, showcasing confidence in navigating fast-paced, tech-driven environments
Desire to work in collaborative teams with diverse clients to build teams and attract top talent
Adept at encouraging strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
Passionate about harnessing data insights to drive business growth and deliver results
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
Skilled in research and technology, able to pick up new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills and ambitious, positive self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Competitive, results-driven, and eager to work in a target-based environment

Position Highlights :

Set-up recruitment and talent mapping campaigns, create innovative searches and diverse pipelines, and map various markets across our platforms

Leverage AI-driven platforms to craft compelling recruitment content, proposals, and communications

Conduct in-depth talent mapping to identify and nurture high-caliber candidates and decision-makers

Contribute to Algo Capital's growth through global impact projects

Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices

Stay current with latest technologies to effectively engage technical candidates and clients

Interact with and process potential candidates, assessing their suitability for opportunities

Ability to handle the end-to-end interview process with candidates

Qualify candidates for opportunities, ensuring the best fit for both clients and candidates

Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to deliver exceptional results

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies
