We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join this team on a contract basis to help design, launch, and optimise our lifecycle marketing system. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that will work closely with product and marketing to drive player engagement, retention, and monetisation.

Responsibilities
Lead the setup and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and (eventually) push / SMSDesign CRM journeys for onboarding, daily streaks, VIP milestones, winbacks, and bonus dropsBuild and manage behavioural segments to ensure timely, relevant, and personalised messagingTranslate in-app events into CRM triggers in collaboration with the development teamAnalyse campaign performance and run A / B tests to improve engagement and conversionCollaborate with product and creative teams to ensure messaging is on-brand, reward-driven, and player-focusedOwn CRM tools and workflows from planning through to launch, optimisation, and reportingEssential
Proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within gaming, mobile apps, or consumer productsStrong grasp of B2C CRM best practices, including behavioural segmentation and event-based automationTechnically proficient with CRM platforms and messaging channels (email, push, SMS)Demonstrated ability to manage projects across cross-functional teamsCommercial mindset with a focus on retention, monetisation, and lifetime valueComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentDesirable
